In order to protect ourselves and our customers, we will ALWAYS ship out orders requiring signature on delivery. If you are outside of Australia, please keep a keen eye on your tracking as it may be taken to a local collection point if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Customers in the USA, please read below.

USA CUSTOMERS:

Please note you can continue tracking your parcel on the USPS website once it arrives in America. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, your parcel will be taken to a collection point and you will have ONE WEEK to collect before it is returned to sender. USPS have been known to not leave collection cards so please keep a close eye on your tracking!
