Shipping within Australia
Standard shipping: A$10
Express shipping: A$15
Orders over A$250 receive complimentary shipping within Australia (automatically applied at checkout).

International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
Orders over A$800 receive complimentary international shipping.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, responsibility transfers to the recipient to monitor delivery progress and ensure successful receipt or collection of the parcel. Shipping fees are non-refundable once a parcel has been lodged with the carrier and will not be reimbursed in the event of return to sender due to non-collection, incorrect address details, or failure to arrange redelivery.

United States Customers
For orders shipped to the United States, tracking will transfer to United States Postal Service (USPS) once the parcel arrives in the U.S. Please monitor tracking closely, as collection notices are not always left. You can use the same tracking number provided by Australia Post on the USPS website to follow your delivery.
